We are very happy with the product, experience and installation of our new mailbox bank, after we get our painter to touch up around the edges it will look awesome.
We chose Mailmaster because they were able to offer a complete package that included custom design, Australian Manufacture with quality materials covered by a 10 year warranty and full installation and removal of the old bank.
Highly recommend and have already given their contact details to the building next door.

March 2024 Update
Going from a 2* to a 5*
I initially posted this review and was frustrated at the service I had received. Well, it is the putting right that counts (so an old TV advert from NZ will tell you).
Will and the team from Mailmaster Letterboxes went out of their way to put things right. Not offering to fix the numbers I purchased so they could be attached to the house, but coming out and checking where they would be placed.
I was so thankful and happy with the level of customer service I received as a follow up. So much so, I bought a new letterbox whilst I was at it.
Thank you Will for taking my frustration seriously and making it right. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This has been extremely frustrating experience. I just wanted to purchase some copper numbers, one for the house, one of the letterbox. This is our wedding anniversary and copper is the present of choice apparently
So I go online and place an order I hear nothing, and I ring them after about 10 days Apparently, they had rung and left me a message, And I missed it. That is on me.
And for a week they did nothing didn’t email me , didn't call again, didn’t text me so when I finally rang I found out nothing had been done. They were unsure which number I needed.
So I asked, when could I possibly have the order because my wedding anniversary was in three days can they be done urgently please?
We will do our best they said. And they would call me in a day or so. No call, so I called back again. They hadn’t started yet hoping they could get it in a few days.
This pattern of committing to call and then just not doing it (with the exception of Maddy who deserves some sort of pay rise as the only person who did what she promised) continued for another week or so.
Anniversary flies by. But today I finally get told the numbers are ready - after I called them of course.
I travel out there to pick them up. Get halfway home. And realise they don’t come with the fitting described on the website.
I rang and was told to glue them. I’ve given up. Glue won’t work on my weatherboard house because it’s not flat.
The numbers are lovely. And if I find a way to attach them to the house it will look glorious.
Do not recommend.

2mm solid Copper Number, 200mm High - Other sizes can be quoted. These numbers come with studs behind for a concealed fixing. (Drill corresponding hole and glue fix stud) Can be supplied in a polished finished or a start to the weathered look and allowing for further verdigris and patina's to develop.

Efficent friendly staff. Tracking delivery system was spot on. Aside from online viewing, I hadn't actually 'seen' my letterbox (Empress premier). When I unpacked it, I was thrilled to find it was gorgeous! High quality finish. Beautiful craftsmanship. Lovely old-world appearance. In short, an excellent online shopping experience.

Stunning Letterbox and Exceptional Customer Service. Staff went out of their way to ensure we got the letterbox in time for real estate agent photos for our house sale. Ordered Tue arrived Fri in Melbourne. The quality and size of the letterbox is brilliant. Thank you 😊

Good service, well priced, and decent range. Worth a visit if you're wanting something that isn't off the shelf B*****gs - be different!
Parking is easy enough on quite days. The online system is a little dated as not all colour availabilities are shown. Definetly worth a trip to the store.
Keep in mind the return policy though. They exchange items but there is a 25% re-stock fee.
